Epoch Holding Corporation (Epoch) is a holding company whose primary line of business is investment management and investment advisory services. The operations of the Company are conducted principally through its wholly owned subsidiary, Epoch Investment Partners, Inc. (EIP). EIP is an investment advisor that manages investment assets for retirement plans, mutual fund clients, endowments, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. As of June 30, 2006, EIP offered eight separate investment products to its clients: U.S. All Cap Value, U.S. Value, U.S. Small Cap Value, Global Small Cap Value, Global Absolute Return, International Small Cap, Balanced Portfolio, and Global Equity Shareholder Yield.
