IncrediMail Ltd. (IncrediMail), incorporated in November 1999, designs and markets an integrated suite of customized and entertaining e-mail software products for the consumer or home user markets. IncrediMail generates revenue by selling its software products and services; licensing and co-branding its Incredi brand to operators of third-party Websites, and selling paid advertising and sponsored links on its Website and e-mail clients. The Company's products are available in eight languages in addition to English. As of December 31, 2006, the Company had more than 10.2 million active users, and more than 330 million IncrediMail e-mails are sent by its users each month. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the Company sold more than one million products and content licenses worldwide to its registered users. In December 2006, the Company formed a wholly owned subsidiary, BizChord Ltd. to acquire the business of a supplier that provided IncrediMail transaction processing products and service.
